As an executiveutive private hire company, we strive to set a sector-wide example by fostering a culture where every individual is respected, valued, and empowered, regardless of background or identity.

Require that all HerFleet drivers are:
Fully licensed and enhanced DBS certified

5. Accountability and Implementation
All HerFleet team members and drivers are individually accountable for upholding this policy in their daily conduct and professional duties.
Any breach of this policy will be investigated and may result in disciplinary action or removal from the HerFleet platform.
6. Monitoring and Review
This policy is reviewed annually to ensure continued compliance, effectiveness, and alignment with best practice standards. Feedback from internal and external stakeholders is welcomed to inform improvements and refinements.
